Rasmus Ankersen

 Already a best selling author in Denmark and rated as one of the top business talents, his book The Gold Mine Effect is being published worldwide in 2012.  Starting his professional career as a footballer until injury forced his retirement Rasmus became head coach of the first soccer academy in Denmark. It produced several top class international players including: Simon Kjaer - Wolfsburg and Denmark; Winston Reid - West Ham and Sekou Oliseh - CSKA Moscow. 

Rasmus went onto spend six months traveling the globe to live and train with the best athletes and coaches. He did this to get first hand experience and understand world class talent and what turns it into a world class performance. Rasmus traveled to Brazil to see how the country provides some of the world’s best football players; to South Korea and its success in women’s golf; to Russian for their world beating tennis players and to Ethiopia, Kenya & Jamaica to train with the sprinters and understand how these nations can produce some of the fastest men and women on the planet.  Rasmus has experienced at first hand what turns raw talent into elite performance having lived and trained with world class athletes and their world class coaches. His knowledge blows apart the conventional theories about what it takes to reach the top in any sport or business.
