Dr Dave Alred MBE 

 Dave Alred is regarded as the world’s best kicking coach and leads the field in approaches to skills acquisition and mental preparation. He has been an England assistant coach for over 106 tests (1995-06), and a British Lions assistant for three tours, was inaugurated into the UK Coaching Hall of Fame, awarded the Mussabini Medal (2003) for outstanding success on the world stage and honoured with an MBE in 2004. He completed his PhD at Loughborough University in 2005.

Over the last few years Dave has worked with a variety of companies in the area of human performance, developing strategies that businesses can adopt to help individuals to be more effective under the constant pressures of corporate performance expectations. Dave is both entertaining and thought provoking speaker and offers practical approaches to improving performance, drawing on experience from a diverse range of elite performance situations.
